Sausage 'n Gravy

Another savory breakfast classic, but this is so good it goes great any time!
  • ½ pound country breakfast sausage
  • your favorite country style or red-eye gravy which usually takes
  • - milk
  • - flour
  • - butter
  • - browned sausage
  • - instant coffee (optional)
  1. Brown sausage thoroughly. Set aside ½-3/4 and keep warm.
  2. Using your favorite recipe, mix up a batch of country gravy.
  3. Spoon warm sausage into biscuit cup.
  4. Cover with gravy – as much or as little as you like.
