Bananas Foster

This sweet dessert filling was one of our favorites in the whole taste test.
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. dark rum (optional)
  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  2. While it’s melting, peel and slice banana.
  3. Add brown sugar to melted butter and stir to melt.
  4. When melted and well-mixed, add banana, cinnamon, and rum (if used).
  5. Stir until bananas are completely covered in the sauce.
  6. Spoon into biscuit cups and top with whipped cream to taste.
