Cinnamon Taffy

If you like sweet candied nuts, you'll love these cups. It's the candy without the nuts.
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add brown sugar and stir continuously until sugar is melted, dissolved, and bubbling.
  3. Add cinnamon and continue to simmer for one minute.
  4. Pour and scrape liquid sauce into a separate container and allow to cool.
  5. When ready to use, slightly warm the mixture to soften it. Stir to incorporate everything, but leave semi-solid.
  6. Spoon chunks into warm campfire biscuit cup.
