Bacon 'n Eggs Filling

A quick and easy savory breakfast filling ... no toast required.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 strip bacon, cut in half
  • splash of milk
  1. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp and set aside. Reserve bacon drippings.
  2. While bacon is frying, beat eggs in separate bowl with splash of milk.
  3. When bacon is removed, pour beaten eggs into skillet and scramble to preferred doneness.
  4. Spoon eggs into biscuit cup and put bacon pieces on top.
