Easy Homemade Sports Drink
Here's an easy drink you can mix up at home that will replenish you on the trail.
  • 16 oz water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 TB honey
  • Juice from ¼ lemon
  1. The easiest way to make this is to add the salt and honey to a coffee mug and pour a small amount of water in. Mix until both dissolve, and add it to a water bottle with ice and the lemon juice. Fill the rest of the way with water and you’re ready to hit the trail.
