Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. chopped roasted peanuts
  1. Combine bananas, peanut butter, milk, yogurt and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour blended liquid into a tall glass and top with chopped peanuts. Drink up!
  4. Tip: If you want to save time, this recipe can also be made in advance.
