Serves: 1
  • 2-3 oz of bourbon
  • 1-2 teaspoons of simple syrup
  • fresh mint
  1. They’re incredibly easy to make. Grab a highball and fill it with ice. Pour in 2-3 oz of bourbon and 1-2 teaspoons of simple syrup. Stir until its ice cold. Now take the freshest mint you can find and give it a good slap or two in between both hands. This will release the oils and really punch up the fragrance. Some prefer to muddle, but taste is all about smell anyway, so opening up the mint aroma does the same thing. Garnish with the mint on top and enjoy!
