Ingredients
  • Slices of bread
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp Basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Oil
  • Heavy duty aluminum foil
Instructions
  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing how you would for any normal sandwich. Lay out a generous piece of tinfoil underneath your prep space.
  2. Take your slices of bread and spray (or spread) both sides lightly with oil. You can use butter if you would like. Place one slice on the aluminum foil.
  3. Pile on your ingredients, top with other oiled bread and roll your sandwich snuggly in the tin foil.
  4. Toss into the coals of the fire. Cook for 3-4 minutes, check it and flip. You may need to do this a few times. It can burn quickly so be careful!
