Grilled meat can be found in abundance at almost any campsite, because it’s easy to make and is delicious. However, one thing lacking to round out a meal is fresh baked bread. You don’t have an oven at your disposal, but you can pull it off over a fire if the dough is very thin. Campfire crescent rolls on a stick accomplish this nicely. All you have to do is grab some crescent roll dough at the supermarket and you’re on your way to one of the best meals you’ve ever had.

- Crescent roll dough
- Sharpened Sticks
- Sharpen a stick with 8-10 inches of bark removed. This is easy to do with a sharp knife by scraping it perpendicular to the stick.
- Oil the bare stick
- Wrap the dough around the stick
- Place the stick close enough to brown, but close enough to burn. Be patient for about 15 minutes!
- Enjoy with butter!
