Grubs Boots were founded by David Foster in the UK and were truly meant to keep your feet dry and warm. The Grubs Boots Rideline use a self insulating foam making them both waterproof and insulated. What is super impressive about the boot is that they are waterproof all the way up the boot by using Chloroprene and CR foam.
Usually boots that go nearly up to your knee can cause your legs and feet to sweat which can actually make you cold. We like that the Grubs Boots have a moisture wicking lining that allows your perspiration to escape the boot. The outside of the boot will definitely keep water out with a 2mm rubber shell.
These boots are stylish, which goes a long way for women’s boot but are also meant to work with a reinforced toe and a warmth rating down to -20 degrees. The Grubs Rideline Boots are first and foremost meant for the equestrian but I have found they are a great boot all around. I have been out in snow, slush, and water and have never had an issue with the boot.
