Corn on the cob is such a traditional food. This recipe adds a little twist to it, making it pretty tasty. This recipe doesn’t need to be adapted as it’s already for the campsite. We made this dish for dinner and our family loved it! To make it as easy on us at the campsite, we did a lot of the prep work ahead of time; cooking the noodles and making the dressing. We used the grate on the campfire to grill the tofu and it turned out pretty darn tasty! Click here for the recipe.
4. Campfire Nachos
This is a recipe that both kids and adults will love! How can you turn down piping hot nachos? This anytime snack gets a little outdoorsy when it’s cooked over a campfire. You can pretty much throw whatever you like on it but here is a little guideline recipe.
