Are you a vegetarian camper? If the answer is yes, than we are here to help you. We understand how difficult it is to go camping and find simple, yet tasty vegetarian recipes. That is exactly why we have come up with a list of the 10 best vegetarian recipes for camping!

We’re a sucker for pasta, so this really hit the spot for us. This is such an easy recipe and it turned out perfect in the dutch oven. We have found that using 17 coals on the top and 14 on the bottom was perfect for this. Click here for the recipe.

Corn on the cob is such a traditional food. This recipe adds a little twist to it, making it pretty tasty. This recipe doesn’t need to be adapted as it’s already for the campsite. If you are cooking directly over the campfire grate, you may want to wrap the corn on the cob in tin foil or clean the grate off really well.Click here for the recipe.

We made this dish for dinner and our family loved it! To make it as easy on us at the campsite, we did a lot of the prep work ahead of time; cooking the noodles and making the dressing. We used the grate on the campfire to grill the tofu and it turned out pretty darn tasty! Click here for the recipe.

This is a recipe that both kids and adults will love! How can you turn down piping hot nachos? This anytime snack gets a little outdoorsy when it’s cooked over a campfire. We think it’s a perfect last day of camping snack as you can use up all of those pieces of leftover vegetables and spices! You can pretty much throw whatever you like on it but here is a little guideline recipe.

This recipe was a fun one to make, and turned out to be delicious! We had never heard of this method of cooking before, so it was interesting to try. Don’t worry we saved all of the oranges we cut out and nibbled on them throughout the day. Nothing needs to be done beforehand so this is a pretty simple recipe for a weekend of camping. This was another super simple yet tasty recipe. There is just something about potatoes prepared in tinfoil that makes them extra tasty. We have always loved the flavor of sweet potatoes and loved adding a little yogurt for the topping. No preparation beforehand needed, just throw in some tinfoil and cook. Click here for the recipe.

This makes for one heck of a yummy sandwich. We made a couple of these the night before we went camping so the crusty bread had enough time to soak up the juices. It was the perfect lunch-time meal! Click here for the recipe.

This recipe was TO DIE for. Before we left home we put all the spices into a container and cut the onion, garlic, and green pepper. This would be extra delicious while camping in the fall. Make sure you bring a dutch oven along as this recipe was made for it! Click here for the recipe.

Dutch Oven Lasagna

Lasagna is one of our all-time favorite meals, therefore we were pumped to find a dutch oven lasagna recipe. This one was SO GOOD too. This particular recipe does call for ground beef, so in it’s place we put mushrooms instead. There isn’t a whole lot do ahead of time for this recipe so I just did everything at the campsite. If you are looking for an extremely simple and healthy side dish, this is the one. If you want to make it easy on yourself, cut the cauliflower, squash and onions up and put them in a ziploc bag. When you’re ready just throw them in to tinfoil and get cooking! Click here for the recipe.
